or comparable expert organizations.

These institutions operate independently from Provenance Selection.
これらの機関は Provenance Selection とは独立して運営されています。
2. Nature of the Evaluation

It should be understood as an expert opinion rather than a guarantee of authenticity, attribution, or market value.
これは専門家の意見であり、真贋、作者、または市場価値を保証するものではありません。
各国の法令遵守は購入者自身の責任となります。
3. Scope of Service

Requests for expert evaluation are accepted only for swords offered for sale through Provenance Selection.
第三者評価の依頼は Provenance Selection で販売される刀に限り 受け付けます。
Evaluation requests must be arranged prior to international shipment from Japan.
評価手配は 日本からの発送前 に限り対応します。
発送前であれば、当方の判断により注文を拒否または取消す権利を留保します。

6. Deposit for Sword Purchase
6. 刀剣購入のデポジット
When requesting evaluation for a sword that the client intends to purchase, a 20% deposit of the sword price is required to reserve the item.
購入を前提として評価を依頼する場合、刀の確保のため 刀剣価格の20%のデポジット が必要となります。
This deposit confirms the client’s intent to proceed with the purchase.
このデポジットは購入意思の確認として扱われます。

7. Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are non-refundable:
・The 20% deposit for the sword reservation
・All evaluation and submission related fees
以下の費用は 返金不可 となります。
・刀確保のための20%デポジット
・評価提出に関するすべての費用
These fees remain non-refundable regardless of the evaluation result.
これらの費用は評価結果に関係なく返金されません。
8. Independence of the Evaluation

Provenance Selection does not influence the judgment or conclusions of the evaluating institution.
当方は評価機関の判断や結論に影響を与えるものではありません。
All evaluations are conducted independently by the third-party institution.
評価はすべて第三者機関の独立した判断によって行われます。
