This policy outlines the conditions regarding order cancellations and returns for purchases made through Provenance Selection.
本ポリシーは Provenance Selection を通じて行われた注文のキャンセルおよび返品条件について定めるものです。
1. Nature of the Items

Items offered by Provenance Selection are often unique historical or artistic objects.
Provenance Selectionで取り扱う商品には、歴史的価値を持つ一点物の美術品が含まれる場合があります。
Due to the nature of such objects, returns are generally not accepted.
このような商品の性質上、原則として返品は受け付けておりません。
2. Final Sales
2. 原則返品不可
All sales are considered final.
すべての販売は原則として最終的なもの（返品不可）とします。
Returns are not accepted based on personal preference, change of mind, or future market value considerations.
購入者の都合（イメージ違い、気が変わった等）や市場価格の変動を理由とする返品は受け付けておりません。
3. Exceptions

Returns may be considered only in the following cases:
・The item delivered is clearly different from the item ordered
・A significant factual error exists in the item description
返品が検討されるのは、以下の場合に限られます。
・明らかな誤発送があった場合
・商品説明に重大な事実誤認があった場合
In such cases, Provenance Selection will determine the appropriate resolution.
その場合の対応方法については、当方が適切と判断する方法で対応します。
4. Inspection Period

The purchaser must inspect the item upon receipt.
商品到着後、購入者は速やかに内容を確認してください。
Any claim regarding shipping errors or description discrepancies must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
誤発送や説明との重大な相違に関する申し出は、商品到着後3日以内 にご連絡ください。
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
この期間を過ぎた申し出については対応できない場合があります。
5. Order Cancellation
5. 注文キャンセル
Orders may be cancelled only before the order acceptance is issued.
注文のキャンセルは 注文受諾通知が発行される前に限り 可能です。
Once Provenance Selection issues an order acceptance or shipment confirmation, the order is considered final.
当方が注文受諾または発送通知を行った時点で、注文は確定します。
6. Service Fees
6. サービス費用
Fees for services such as conservation work, polishing arrangements, authentication submissions, documentation preparation, or administrative procedures are non-refundable once work has begun.
研磨手配、鑑定提出、書類作成、行政手続き等のサービス費用については、作業開始後は返金できません。
7. Return Shipping
7. 返品時の配送
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, return shipping arrangements will be coordinated accordingly.
当方の過失による返品が認められた場合、返品配送については個別に調整します。
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
事前の合意なく返送された商品は受け付けられません。
