1. Scope of Storage

Storage applies to Japanese swords temporarily held by the shop for services such as polishing (togishi work), mounting production (koshirae), or related work.
保管は、日本刀の研ぎ（研磨）や拵え製作などの作業を行う目的で当店が一時的に預かる刀剣に適用されます。

No storage fee is charged. Storage is provided solely as part of the service process.
保管料金は発生しません。保管は、依頼された作業の一環として提供されるものです。

The sword will be stored only for the period necessary to complete the requested work.
Once the work is completed and the export permit is granted (if applicable), the sword will be returned to the customer.
保管期間は、依頼された作業の完了に必要な期間に限られます。作業完了後、必要な場合は輸出許可取得後に、お客様へ返送します。
4. Shipping and Address Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and kept up to date.
If the shipping address changes, the customer must notify the shop immediately.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or unknown address and the customer fails to provide a valid address within a reasonable period, the item may be deemed abandoned.
お客様は、発送先住所が常に正確であることを保証する責任を負います。
住所変更がある場合は、速やかに当店へ通知してください。
宛先不明などの理由で発送品が返送され、合理的な期間内に有効な住所が提供されない場合、当該刀剣は所有権を放棄したものとみなされる場合があります。

The shop does not provide insurance during storage.
Customers who wish to insure their items must arrange insurance independently.
保管中の刀剣について、当店は保険を付帯しません。保険を希望する場合は、お客様ご自身で手配してください。
6. Risk and Liability

The shop shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, or other force majeure events.
当店は、天災、火災、その他不可抗力など当店の管理を超える事由による損害について責任を負いません。
7. Payment Condition

All service fees must be paid in full in advance before work begins.
作業に関する費用は、作業開始前に全額前払いとします。
8. Long-Term Non-Response
8. 長期連絡不能
If the customer cannot be contacted for an extended period after the work has been completed and the item is ready for shipment, the shop will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
If the customer fails to respond or provide valid shipping instructions for a prolonged period, the item may be deemed abandoned, and the shop reserves the right to take reasonable measures regarding the item.
作業完了後、発送可能な状態となったにもかかわらず、お客様と長期間連絡が取れない場合、当店は合理的な範囲で連絡を試みます。
長期間にわたりお客様からの返信や有効な発送指示が得られない場合、当該刀剣は所有権を放棄したものとみなされる場合があり、当店は当該刀剣について合理的な対応を取る権利を有します。
