本ポリシーは Provenance Selection を通じて購入された商品の配送および国際取引に関する条件を定めるものです。

We ship domestically within Japan and internationally to selected regions where importation of the items is legally permitted.

当サイトでは日本国内および、対象商品の輸入が法的に認められている国・地域へ発送を行います。

However, shipments to certain jurisdictions may require prior consultation.

ただし、特定の国・地域への発送については事前相談が必要となる場合があります。

These include, but are not limited to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Singapore

その他の国についても、法規制により発送可否が変わる場合があります。

 

 

2. Compliance with Import Laws

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the purchase, possession, and importation of the item is legal in their jurisdiction.

購入者は、対象商品の購入・所持・輸入が自国の法令で認められていることを確認する責任を負います。

Provenance Selection is not responsible for items seized, rejected, or delayed by customs authorities.

税関による差止め、没収、遅延について当方は責任を負いません。

Items will be exported in accordance with Japanese laws and customs regulations.

商品は日本の法令および税関規定に従って輸出されます。

Required export documentation will be prepared where applicable.

必要に応じて輸出書類が作成されます。

関税、付加価値税（VAT）、その他の税金は購入者の負担となります。

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Provenance Selection.

これらの費用は輸入国の規定に基づき決定され、当方が管理するものではありません。

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, export documentation, or international logistics conditions.

通関手続きや国際物流の状況により配送時間が変動する場合があります。

Provenance Selection cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.

国際配送における到着日時の保証はできません。
